About Diana
Diana Evans, MA, AMFT
Working under supervision of Franny Morar, MA, LMFT
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of California and Texas. I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University and my bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Francisco State University.
In our work together, you’ll find a warm, grounded space to slow down, tune into the parts of yourself that often get overlooked, and explore how early attachment experiences and key relationships throughout your life may be shaping current patterns—like self-doubt, emotional shutdowns, or staying small to keep the peace. I work especially well with deep feelers, recovering people-pleasers, and men who are ready to quiet their mental noise and build stronger, more authentic connections.
My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and deeply collaborative. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based practices, and inner-child work to support emotional processing, strengthen self-trust, and improve how you relate to yourself and others. I also work with couples navigating painful relational cycles, including emotional disconnection, communication breakdowns, and rebuilding trust after betrayal.
You don’t have to carry it all alone—or have it all figured out to begin. Therapy with me is about creating a safe space for all parts of you to be seen, heard, and understood. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or longing to feel more fulfilled, I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
